DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice and Takedown Policy
Copyright Compliance and DMCA Protection
This website (“SITE”) qualifies as a “Service Provider” under 17 U.S.C. §512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As such, it is entitled to certain protections under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions from copyright infringement claims. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We comply with the DMCA and have adopted the following Notice and Takedown Policy for claims of copyright infringement by our users.
Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Signature: Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
- Description of Infringed Work: Detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed.
- Location of Infringing Material: URL(s) of the material that is infringing.
- Contact Information: Your address, phone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury affirming the accuracy of the information provided and that you are the copyright holder or authorized agent.
You may submit your Notice of Claimed Infringement through our Contact Us page by selecting the “Report Violation of Our Rules” option, then choosing “Copyright Infringement / DMCA Notice and Takedown”, or you may send it to:

Abuse Notification
Abusing the DMCA process, including misrepresenting facts in a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notification, can result in legal consequences, including damages, court costs, and attorney fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). The Notice and Takedown Procedures apply specifically to copyright infringement claims and are not for general complaints or legal issues. We will take action against individuals misusing the DMCA procedure.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, the SITE will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will notify the user who uploaded the material. The user can submit a Counter-Notification to challenge the takedown, as per the DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure. If we do not receive notice of a court order to restrain the user from the infringing activity, we will restore the material within 10-14 days of receiving the counter-notification.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that a Notice of Claimed Infringement is incorrect and that the material should not have been removed, you can submit a Counter-Notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Description of Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled.
- Location of Material: The specific location (URL) of the material before it was removed.
- Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your physical address, phone number, and email address.
- Jurisdiction Consent: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for legal proceedings related to the counter-notification.
Counter-notifications can be submitted to:
Copyright Agent:
DMCA Now LLC
512 Lucerne Ave.
Lake Worth, FL 33460
Fax: +1 (800) 371-0235
Email: notice@dmcanow.io
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, the SITE will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content after 10-14 days, provided we do not receive a court order restraining the user from continuing the alleged infringement.
Service Provider Customers
If the alleged infringer is a Service Provider within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. §512(k)(1), DMCA Notices should be submitted directly to the Service Provider’s Designated DMCA Agent, not to the SITE.
Modifications to the Policy
The SITE reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. We encourage users to regularly check this policy to stay informed of any changes.
